Grand Lake Pine Cottage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs this website to share information about our cottage on Grand Lake, New Brunswick, and to help visitors get in touch or book a stay. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Bookings and payments are handled through Airbnb, not on this site. If you book through Airbnb, that information is covered by Airbnb’s own privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are popular. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to see how people who click our Facebook and Instagram ads use the site afterward, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in a Grand Lake getaway.

These tools use cookies and similar technology. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of personalized Meta ads through your Facebook ad preferences.

How we use information

  • To respond to questions sent through our contact form
  • To understand how people find and use our site
  • To show relevant ads and measure how well they work

Sharing information

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our ads, such as our web host, Google, and Meta, each of whom has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, by reaching out through our contact page.
